WELCOME TO PURPLE DRAGON CANADIAN HEADQUARTERS The participation in the martial arts builds strength, character, focus, flexibility and coordination while enhancing performance in other sports and fitness in the workplace, at home and in school. Our program enhances self-esteem, goal setting abilities, anger management and the skills of non-violent conflict resolution in people of all ages, gender and ability, helping them to become more productive and healthy members in our community with success skills that last a lifetime. We also pride ourselves in offering classes that are fun, educational and empowering for adults, teens, children, and the entire family.
