Our cardio kickboxing classes are an intense and invigorating total-body workout, designed to improve strength, power, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance.
A fusion of kickboxing techniques and aerobic conditioning, and drawing from the traditional elements of martial arts, students will experience an all-round body blast in a fun and energetic setting. In fact, you can expect to burn between 500 – 800 calories per workout when performed at peak intensity!
In this hour-class, students will learn modern and practical kickboxing techniques, including front kicks, roundhouses, side-kicks, jabs, crosses and hooks to name a few, plus conditioning drills such as push-ups, squats and lunges. You’ll relish the burn as you tone and strengthen your arms, legs and core.
No matter your fitness level or experience, cardio kickboxing is open to anyone looking to improve their overall fitness. Classes are usually comprised of group and one-on-one coaching, and incorporate pad/bag work and an endless variety of drills that are sure to make you sweat!
